Self-acceptance Affirmation Meditation
Are you comfortable looking in the mirror? Are you proud of your achievements? Are you constantly striving for perfection and betterment in your life without ever achieving it? Learning to embrace all of who we are in every given moment is a large component of achieving inner joy and contentment. Without true self-acceptance, we are constantly fighting an internal battle where we seek to grasp an elusive sense of personal validation. This creates an inner flux that can physically and emotionally wear us down and lead to what is commonly referred to as burnout.
During my Self-Acceptance Affirmation Meditation, you will learn to confirm a new relationship with self-acceptance. You will affirm to yourself that you are your greatest ally by offering yourself an unconditional love that is guaranteed and will never be withdrawn, no matter what!!!
