View of Others Affirmation Meditation
Do you trust others? Growing up we learn from our experience of other people whether we will instinctively trust others or if we will instinctively fear how others will treat us. The view we form, again early in our development, can drastically interfere with our interpersonal relationships if it has been a negative experience. An instinctive fear of people’s intentions towards us will lead to defensiveness and a tendency to keep people at a distance, while constantly assessing others for danger forms within us a negative view of humanity. Continually looking for and logging the worst qualities in people severely impacts our potential for creating meaningful relationships in our life. “When focused on the dark we will fail to see the light.” (paulmalloncounselling, 2020)
My View of Others Affirmation Meditation focuses on building trust. You will affirm a view of others that reflects the experience of being supported and cared for by all people. You will intentionally choose for your mind and body to relax as you know only goodness and love is the intention of others towards you.

Releasing Judgement Meditation
Do you feel wronged in life and unable to let it go? Are you holding onto resentment for the past hurt? Holding onto past hurts can make our body suffer sickness, tiredness, and pain. Carrying resentment can feel like a millstone around our neck but the task of letting go can also feel beyond us and out of our control.
My Releasing Judgement Meditation introduces the body and mind to a new relationship with our sense of being victimized. You will set a definite intention to release all pain and judgment relating to any hurt present within your body and mind. You will choose to let go, not because you need to offer forgiveness but because you love and respect yourself too much to carry this negative energy anymore. It is truly time to let go and feel lighter!!!

Self-Worth Affirmation Meditation
Influenced by our environment and the people within it we establish our personal sense of value and worth at an early stage of our psychological development. An experience growing up of unconditional love and acceptance will cultivate a healthy sense of self-worth while the opposite can be true of an unsupportive environment growing up. Self-worth has a big role to play in how we experience relationships as the vast majority of people will take your lead in how they relate to you. This basically means the value you hold for yourself will be mirrored in the relationships you have. I know at times this may be difficult to accept for some people, taking responsibility for how others generally relate to us can be difficult to bear, but the truth is, to accept this as your truth means that the quality of our relationships is in our own hands and for one will always embrace having control of my interpersonal experience.
My Self-Worth Affirmation Meditation brings you to a place of validation and acceptance. During this meditation, you will introduce your body and mind to the affirming qualities of unconditional love and the unquestionable value your thoughts and words have for the people that surround you, just as it should be!!!
