My Releasing Judgement Meditation introduces the body and mind to a new relationship with our sense of being victimized. You will set a definite intention to release all pain and judgment relating to any hurt present within your body and mind. You will choose to let go, not because you need to offer forgiveness but because you love and respect yourself too much to carry this negative energy anymore.
