But don`t forget, practice makes perfect, and my advice for all meditations is to engage with the meditation each night before sleep and each morning after waking for a period of time until you feel an improvement in the area concerned. How long this takes will greatly depend upon how deeply imbedded within your psychological and emotional makeup your difficulty is. So be patient, because your belief system and current mindset took time to become established and to alter this in any way takes time and structured endeavour.
